3.2. Prestige Travel & Tourism is not liable for any consequences resulting from the customer’s failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1. We strongly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

4.2. Prestige Travel & Tourism is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to the customer’s failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

5. Liability

5.1. Prestige Travel & Tourism acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide travel-related services.

5.2. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. Prestige Travel & Tourism shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan.

8. Amendments

8.1. Prestige Travel & Tourism reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
